Judge expands discovery in Yaz and Yasmin cases beyond bellwether cases. Plaintiffs are alleging that Bayer failed to properly research the pills and did not provide adequate warnings about the serious risks associated with the drugs. Plaintiffs have suffered stroke, deep pulmonary embolisms and thrombosis.
